About me

Fall weather brings crisp, cool breezes, golden leaves, and that cozy feeling that makes you want to bundle up the moment the temperature drops. Between pumpkin patches and porch lights glowing for Halloween, it’s the perfect season for warm drinks, festive décor, and safely enjoying everything from carved pumpkins to trick-or-treat nights—without worrying about what happens if something unexpected occurs. That’s why staying warm and covered goes hand in hand: make sure your home, auto, and life are protected with the right insurance so you can focus on comfort, family fun, and the season’s biggest moments. With home, auto, and life insurance in place, you can enjoy fall to the fullest—covered, prepared, and ready for whatever comes your way.

At the Tom Segrave State Farm office in Cheyenne, WY, I’ve spent decades helping individuals, families, and business owners turn uncertainty into confidence by making sure they have the right coverage in place.

I’m Tom Segrave, and I’ve had the privilege of working with State Farm for 48 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations, credentials that reflect a lifelong commitment to learning and serving customers well.

I’m licensed to assist customers in Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, and Nebraska, allowing me to support policy holders across the region with consistent guidance. I’m a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Kearney, where I built the foundation for my career in insurance and community leadership. Giving back has always been important to me. For more than 30 years, I’ve been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and strengthening our community.

I’ve also served on the Cheyenne City Council, previously held the role of Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, and remain a proud member of Cheyenne LEADS, supporting economic development throughout the region. Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m grateful to share my life with my wife, Ann, and together we’ve raised three children who all graduated from the University of Wyoming. When we’re not working or serving the community, we enjoy spending time on the golf course and traveling together, exploring new places and creating lasting memories.

Our office helps customers protect what matters most with Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, and Business Insurance, along with coverage for recreational vehicles, boats, and more. With decades of experience and a strong local focus, my commitment is to guide you thoughtfully and clearly through your insurance decisions. I invite you to reach out and start a conversation about coverage built to support your life today and into the future.
